THE BEST BANANA PANCAKES
Wake up from a restful sleep and whip up some of these banana pancakes.. start your day off right! They're fluffy, buttery and have the perfect amount of sweetness from those super ripe nanners!

- 1 cp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cp buttermilk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salted butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1 banana mashed
In a mixing bowl, combine your dry ingredients - all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add in your wet ingredients - sugar, melted butter, buttermilk, egg and banana. Stir, until everything is combined and you have your pancake mix. Your pancake mix will be on the thicker side so you can add more buttermilk (a tbsp at a time) until you have your desired consistency.Serve hot, smothered with some syrup and some bacon on the side!
