ULTIMATE PEANUT BUTTER HAZELNUT BROWNIES
These ultimate peanut butter hazelnut brownies are so cakey, nutty & super chocolate-y! They've got all the flavors you want in a brownie. To top it off, they're ALMOST too pretty to eat! Such an easy but tasty dessert.

- 1 cp Nutella
- 1/4 cp peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp salted butter melted
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cp all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 F.Line a 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper & leave about a 1 inch overhang. I will lightly coat the bottom of the pan with coconut oil so the parchment paper will stay in place better.In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Nutella, eggs, butter & vanilla until smooth. Add in the flour & mix until combined (don't over mix).In the prepared baking pan, pour in the brownie batter. Using a spatula, spread it out so it's an even layer. In the microwave, warm up your peanut butter until it reaches a more liquidy consistency. Pour over the brownie batter & take a toothpick or butter knife & quickly swirl it in to the batter.Bake until the brownies are set & a toothpick comes out clean - about 25 minutes.Let the brownies cool - about 15-30 minutes.Use the parchment paper overhang to take the brownies out of the pan. Slice them up & enjoy!
