PROTEIN PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE
Enjoy my protein packed pumpkin smoothie just in time for Fall! I use Kaged Muscle Whey Protein Powder as my protein source along with clean ingredients and simple sugars.
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 3 ice cubes
- 1/4 cp pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop vanilla Kaged Muscle Whey Protein Isolate
- 1/3 cp coconut water
- 1/3 cp oatmilk Oatly
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- granola
In a blender (I used a Ninja Blender) add in all the ingredients, except the granola, and blend for 30 seconds (or until smooth).Pour into a glass, top with granola and enjoy!
