    Its finally Fall and i’ve updated my Pumpkin Smoothie recipe! Over the last year, I have been making a conscious effort to clean up my diet and pay more attention to the ingredients in the foods that I eat. This smoothie is filled with a clean protein powder, simple fruit sugars and healthy fats. I use Kaged Muscle’s Whey Protein Isolate Powder.     Perfect time for a pumpkin smoothie, huh?! I know, pumpkin is definitely a hit around this time of year, so why not make a “healthier” version of a pumpkin dessert? This smoothie has just the right amount of pumpkin, spice & everything nice! You can substitute ingredients & even add more to it. Happy fall, y’all!
