REMARKABLY SIMPLE STUFFED PEPPERS ITALIAN STYLE

    April 29, 2021 /

Serve these simple stuffed peppers with a fresh salad on the side. They’re filled with beef, rice, veggies, pesto and cheese. Crisp, Crunchy & SO SO good! These tacos are super easy & full of so much flavor. They’re baked in the oven but taste like they’re deep fried. You can make this a vegetarian meal too by adding beans or veggies, instead of meat! Topped with a light CREAMY VERDE SAUCE – it’s perfection!
